  • All in one

    This big shop was designed for storing and repairing machinery. It also includes an office and kitchenette. Stairs lead to overhead storage above the office.

  • A place for everything

    A major repair and fabrication bay is located at one end of this 50x102-foot shop, and a 35-foot-wide door allows plenty of room for moving equiment in and out. A designated welding area and very long workbench ensure every tool will have a place.

  • Major metalworking

    This shop is designed for some serious work, with all of the major metalworking tools located near a repair and fabrication bay. A 20-foot service pit makes it possible to change fluids and make repairs underneath equipment without having to hoist it. A large storage loft is accessible both by stairs and an elevator.

  • Separate spaces

    This long shop consists of three separate work centers, and the bays are surrounded by supporting services like floor drains and a 20-foot-long hoist which swings from the driveway to the workbench.

  • Shop and storage

    There's plenty of room for storing machinery and other items in this 126-foot-long shop. More than half of it is designated just for storage, while the other part is designed as a servicing and repairing equipment.
