Frolicking on the mountaintop
Jacqueline Flood's one-acre "Frolicking Farm" sits on a mountaintop in Boone, North Carolina. She and her five dogs enjoy watching wildlife from the steps of their old farmhouse, and Jacqueline says the simplicity and meditative quality of the scenery make it a wonderful place to live. "Lovely neighbors are a definite plus," she says.
