Barn on the hill

L.T. Nichols captured this beautiful fall view of his barn and woods near Oak Hill, Ohio. The Nichols property consists of 84 rolling acres, and current improvement projects include building a pond, restoring a hardwood forest, and bringing the county water line back to the barn. Next on the to-do list is building a small weekend retreat/retirement cottage. "We will likely contract with a local Amish builder to help us put up the main structure," L.T. says. "This is an almost magical place with so much to do and enjoy."
