Pumping the septic system

Living the Country Life Radio Program

Septic systems are an important -- and often overlooked -- part of keeping any country home running smoothly, so to speak. Just like with your vehicles, it's important to call in the professionals to provide regular maintenance to your septic system. If it's been a few years, or if you begin to notice drains moving more slowly, it's probably time for a pump. And like finding a good mechanic, it's important to choose a quality septic professional you can trust. If you're not sure who to call, ask your neighbors for recommendations.
