Chocolate chip macaroons

Lisa Prater, author of our Lisa's Kitchen recipe blog, recently unearthed her Aunt Dollie's recipe file. "I decided the first thing I would make was her macaroons," she says. "It was a good choice!" The moist, tender coconut cookies are even better with chocolate chips.
