2 kumquats, halved and seeded or 1 clementine slice
4 fresh cranberries
1/2 rosemary sprig
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
2 ounces (1/4 cup) bourbon
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) maple syrup
1. Muddle kumquats, cranberries, and rosemary with the lemon juice. Add bourbon, maple syrup, and ice. Cover and shake until cold. Strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with additional cranberries skewered on a rosemary sprig.
