Chicken apple crunch salad sandwiches

1 1/2 cups shredded purchased roasted chicken
1 Granny Smith apple, cored, and chopped (1 1/2 cups)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 celery, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 multigrain tortillas or whole wheat pita bread rounds
1. Place chicken in a large bowl. Add apple, cranberries, celery, and green onion; set aside.
2. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Add to chicken mixture; stir to coat.
3. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas or pita bread rounds and roll or fold up.
