Build A Garden Kiosk

A sturdy kiosk provides a platform for sharing excess produce and seeds and works especially well for community gardens. It provides a way station for an overabundance—such as tomatoes or zucchinis—as well as a notice board for announcements, gardening tips, and food donation opportunities. The kiosk is a simple-enough project if you follow our plans.

Two 4×4 posts provide a sturdy support for the kiosk. Secure the posts in quick-set concrete and join with horizontal boards, creating a spot for the bulletin board. Two rectangles—one to hold produce, the other to support the roof—are simple elements that are easy to construct. Click on the links below for a free download of the kiosk plans!
