Tree pruning in winter
Living the Country Life Radio Program
Late winter is a good time to prune certain types of trees. There are fewer insects and diseases around to cause problems with the wounds, and with no leaves, it's easier to see what you're doing. There are some trees that should not be pruned in the winter, however. In this episode of the Living the Country Life radio program, you'll learn which trees to prune in winter, and which to leave alone until later in the year.
