  • Sew festive!

This fun textured wreath is the perfect bit of decor for the avid knitter!

Want one for yourself? Stop by the local craft store and pick up colorful yarn, foam balls in an assortment of sizes, and a wreath form. Cover the form with green yarn, then spend the afternoon twisting holiday yarn around the foam balls. When happy with the yarn balls, adhere to the covered wreath form with craft glue.

  • Letters to Santa

Get a more rustic look with a wreath made out of antique paper (bonus points if hung with a red ribbon). It will remind your guests of the letters they used to write to Santa Claus!

This idea can be modified and easily made at home with the pages of an old book. Embellish the edges of the pages by using a special paper cutter or simply creating your own design with scissors. Roll up a strip of posterboard to create a sturdy base to build off of. Then fold the pages how you think looks best and begin pasting the bits of paper together around the posterboard roll.
