Tam-Tam Chicken
4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked, chopped 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed 1 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 11x7x2 inch baking pan, arrange chicken in bottom. In small bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix well. Pour mixture over chicken. In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well. Sprinkle over top. Bake 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Note: For a unique presentation, sprinkle 1/4 cup poppy seeds over cracker crumbs before baking.
