Two Fruit Salad
4 cups mixed greens salad
1 (4 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juice reserved
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
In large bowl, layer mixed greens salad, oranges, cranberries, and walnuts. Drizzle reserved mandarin orange juice over salad. Serve with balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette. Makes 4 servings.
