A compact tractor can be a rural homeowner's best friend -- especially if you live in an area where there is a lot of snow to plow. Box blade and open blade attachments let you clear a path quickly, although the box blade works better for driveway maintenance. Front-end loaders are also useful tools for compact tractor owners, since they can be used for scooping dirt, moving gravel, and carrying your tools to a worksite. However, there's no point in wasting money on compact tractor attachments you won't use. Consider your daily chores before shopping for accessories.
