Cub Cadet's new 1000 Series

Cub Cadet is making yards more beautiful and yard work easier with the introduction of its new Series 1000 lawn tractors. The Series 1000 is designed for discerning homeowners who are increasingly pressed for time yet want their lawns to look better than ever.

Designed to get the job done better -- and faster -- the Series 1000 has innovative features such as the industry's tightest turning radius, thickest steel-welded frames and comfortable ergonomics.

"We addressed all of those in the Series 1000, and recognize that today's homeowners are looking for the best investment in a tractor purchase. The Series 1000 offers the following features:

• Smoother Ride: A comfortable, ergonomic design features highback seats, extensive leg room, available armrests and soft-touch controls -- delivering an easy and enjoyable mowing experience. The highback seat is designed to absorb bumps and reduce discomfort.

• Cleaner Cut: The innovative cutting system features a deep deck that provides optimal grass lift and optimal mulching capability. The overlapping blades ensure that no grass is left uncut, and a wide discharge chute spreads grass clippings evenly -- providing a manicured lawn without clumping or uncut grass.

• Tougher-Built Lawn Tractors: Every lawn tractor in the line is equipped with nine-gague steel frame rails, the thickest in the industry, and cast-iron front axles. Each is backed by a five-year limited warranty.

• Stronger Engines: The Series 1000 lawn tractors are outfitted with powerful Kohler engines, the most preferred engines by professional cutters for their exceptional performance and durability, even in the tallest, thickest grass.
